These Bonus Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply to bonuses and promotions at Zoome Casino. Who Can Claim Our Bonuses
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and take part in our promotions. Where the law in your location sets a higher legal age, that higher age applies. Each player may hold one personal account only, and deposits must be made with payment instruments held in your own name. Bonus availability and promotion details can differ by country, and country-specific promotion terms may override the general conditions of an offer.
Welcome Package
New players can claim a welcome package across their first three deposits. Your first deposit is matched 100% up to A$1,500 and comes with 100 free spins. Your second deposit is matched 50% up to A$1,125 with 50 free spins, and your third deposit is matched 100% up to A$1,125 with 100 free spins. Each part of the package is subject to the wagering, bet limit and validity rules set out below.
Deposit Requirements
A minimum deposit of A$20 is required to qualify for the welcome offer.
Wagering Requirements
Welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x. Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time, and your cash balance is used before your bonus funds when you play. Winnings from welcome bonuses are capped at 10x the credited bonus amount, unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise. Separate caps may also apply to winnings from free spins.
Game Contribution
Games contribute differently towards wagering. Slots contribute 100%. Roulette, poker, card games, video poker and casual games contribute 5%. All other games contribute 0%.
Maximum Bet With an Active Bonus
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed is A$7.50 per round or spin.
Bonus Validity and Expiry
Welcome bonuses are valid for seven days from the moment they are credited. Free spins must be activated within one day of being credited.
Withdrawals and Verification
A monthly withdrawal limit of A$15,000 applies. Deposits are subject to a 3x turnover before withdrawal. Verification may delay withdrawals: we may request proof of identity, address and payment details, and players using BTC are required to complete identity checks before playing or depositing. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours, although our AML procedures allow up to thirty business days in some cases.
Restricted Activity
You may not use a VPN or similar tools to get around geographic restrictions that apply to our website or promotions.
