Who Can Claim Our Bonuses
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and claim bonuses with us. Where the legal age in your location is higher, the higher age applies. Each player may hold one personal account, and deposits and withdrawals must be made with payment instruments registered in your own name. Using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions is prohibited and may affect your eligibility for offers. Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Players from Finland are not eligible for our welcome offers.
Welcome Bonus
Our welcome package starts with a 100% match on your first deposit together with 100 free spins. A minimum deposit applies. Second and third deposits are also rewarded, with a 50% match and 50 free spins followed by a further 100% match and 100 free spins. Country-specific eligibility and promotion overrides apply, so the offer shown on your promotion card is the one that governs your bonus. Winnings from welcome bonuses are capped at 10 times the credited bonus amount, subject to any promotion-specific overrides, and general caps on free spin winnings may also apply.
Deposit Requirements
A minimum deposit of EUR 20 applies to our offers in EUR. All deposits are subject to a 3x turnover requirement before withdrawal. For bank transfers and the other EUR fiat methods we list, the maximum deposit is EUR 4,000 per transaction.
Wagering Requirements
Welcome bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement. Your cash balance is used before your bonus balance when you play with an active bonus. Only one bonus may be active at a time.
Game Contribution
Games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Roulette, poker, card games, video poker and casual games contribute 5%. All other games contribute 0%.
Maximum Bet
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet permitted is EUR 5 per round or spin.
Bonus Expiry
Welcome bonuses remain valid for seven days from the moment they are credited. Free spins must be activated within one day of being awarded.
Withdrawals and Verification
Withdrawals are limited to EUR 10,000 per month. Verification may delay withdrawals, and we may request identity, address and payment evidence before processing a payout. Our FAQ estimates that verification takes around 24 hours, while our AML procedures allow up to thirty business days in some cases.
Restricted Activity
